At SAAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe fits perfectly and reflects your personal style without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
